This multi-function LEED Silver building includes a reservation center, retail area, classroom, warehouse storage area, and exterior accessible restrooms. The classroom is used to for training classes in various water sports. The structure is a one story consisting of CMU exterior walls, steel frame joist and wide flange beam roof structure with a standing seam metal roof system over metal decking with rigid insulation.
