Delivery Method
This new facility features a reservation center, retail area, scuba vendor space, classrooms, storage area and administrative office spaces. The ORC is a one-story CMU structure with stucco finish and standing seam roof. Interior finishes include sealed and stained concrete, painted drywall, and composite tile. The new storage shade structure is a pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam metal roof to match the ORC. Open sides enable easy access. Asphalt paving access and parking around the facility includes a turn-around area for functionality of product rentals and returns.
