U.S. Green Building Council

This is a new concept multimedia gaming center, lounge, and sports bar. Scope included demolition of existing utilities, new utilities, sitework and construction. The structure features distinct cast-in-place features and large format exterior tile. The roof features translucent panels at the entry and there is a covered patio. Sustainable designed and constructed to USGBC LEED Silver criteria. Key features:

  • Internet and video gaming stations featuring Alienware and remote tournaments
  • “Home theater” with streaming movies or rental DVDs
  • Billiards tables and the ability to compete in remote billiards tournaments via video conferencing
