ĢƵ Announces Two Senior Leadership Changes

 Robert Brodsky named Divisional Vice President, Gabe Crafton promoted to Chief Legal Officer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 21, 2021) — ĢƵ, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction, refrigeration and mechanical services worldwide, has announced two new leadership changes within the company.

Robert Brodsky has rejoined ĢƵ as the new Divisional Vice President of its Thermal & Roofing Division. He brings with him 30 years of industry experience, including 20 as a project manager, and later a division manager, at ĢƵ. Brodsky is a graduate of The Citadel and is a certified roofing contractor in the state of Florida.

“Rob will lead the efforts of our Thermal & Roofing Division, including business development, operations, quality, customer service and financial performance,” said Brian Kappele, President and COO. “We’re glad to welcome Rob back to the ĢƵ team and look forward to the continued growth of the division under his leadership.”

ĢƵ has also promoted Gabe Crafton from Assistant General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer. In addition to leading the Legal/Risk group, he will assume responsibility for all corporate legal proceedings.

“Gabe is an experienced construction attorney with a passion for ĢƵ’s strategic vision,” said Kappele. “I’m confident he will lead our Legal/Risk group with integrity as we continue to pioneer innovative solutions in our industry.”

Crafton is board certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Before joining ĢƵ in April 2020, he was an attorney in the Construction and Litigation departments at the Rogers Towers law firm for more than a decade. Crafton earned his J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of North Florida.
